Grape Sodas from fellow Cast Members, and Guest Compliments

Working out at Fantasmic! has always been one of my favorite things to do, from talking to guests and learning about CMs, I love it all. Tonight was no different. Being able to talk with Rose tonight absolutely lifted my spirits. She was lovely, sweet, and willing to engage in conversation. She educated me about “old school Disney” and even did a little Jungle Cruise and Mark Twain Riverboat spiel for me! My face was definitely nothing short of a smile. Thank you Marsha for being you, and reminding me why I love working for the company that I do.

A couple of days ago Rose was over at Star Wars land Galaxy's Edge helping out PhotoPass by clearing the Falcon Photo Op location. Rose was very efficient and courteous. PhotoPass is grateful and thanks Rose for the help!

She took our photo for us and was very interested in our story. I was a part of a class trip through Western Michigan University, and she asked us lots of questions and was overall very kind"

On Friday, March 26th, you went above and beyond to not only help us search out potential solutions to our power problems, but even after we left, made sure to inform us that the problem had been resolved. Other people may have said, "that's not my problem" and moved on. Thank you for your assistance and having a great team attitude.

Rose helped assist with guest control in Carsland on a particularly busy day and really helped our operation reach our destination throughout a large portion of the day.
